In Europe you can't contact someone from Boox. You have only some vendors. Your site is know as the "polish" site, they maid some firmware. An other vendor is
http://ereader-store.eu/ (in maintenance at this instant) which provide the firmwares available in this forum via Booxtor, Booxtor has work closely with Onyx International, the Chinese manufacturer, to provide the firmwares.
If you bought your device in the polish site, you can try to post in their forum. But a good place is here. Someone called "Zeng" seems very close of Onyx International.
