Precisely what I was thinking. But perhaps Amazon saves the information, just doesn't show it in MYK due to "issues".
On that note, I've seen notes in Kindle Highlights for books that were never in
that account, but were on my Kindle from a family member's account. I think.
I'm not entirely sure what can actually be predicted over here...
