I've already fixed all the metadata.
Fortunately, ALL books I bought were from the same publisher and in the same genre, and Extract ISBN worked wonders finding exactly one ISBN per book if there wasn't one there already. Now I only need to download the descriptions.
Checking the CSS should be very quick as well; mostly remove "font-family" occurences and remove paragraph margins if necessary. (I don't like converting a book to do only that.) This publisher normally has great layouts.
