Hallo,

is there a way to prevent calibre from writing the file calibre-mimetypes.xml on linux? This file confuses my mime types management. Simply deleting it and rebuilding the mime-database by "update-mime-database" results in a crash of "kcmshell4 filetypes" after the deletion.
