So either Microsoft stinks at programming or they are artificially inflating the requirement levels.

My point is obvious. Microsoft abandoned IE on WinXP. You cannot possibly tell me that answering questions about how it isn't working is equivalent to supporting IE. All improvements are artificially withheld from XP, because IE+XP has been
abandoned! Obsolete software is not called being supported.
