What's predicted here isn't too bad—only one or two inches of snow in the forecast. On the other hand, I remember the "Circus" blizzard of 1980 that was predicted to be a mild storm that would only dump one or two inches. It brought five and followed that with twelve more the very next day.

- Areas Affected: Northeast North Carolina
- Hazards: Primarily Snow And Sleet.
- Accumulations: 1 To 2 Inches Of Snow Accumulation Along With A Light Ice Accumulation.
- Temperatures: Starting In The 40s Monday Morning Falling To Near Or Below Freezing By Late Afternoon Or Evening.
- Winds: North Increasing To 10 To 20 Mph With Gusts To 30 Mph Inland And Increasing To 20 To 25 Mph With Gusts To 35 To 40 Mph Near The Coast.
- Timing: Late Monday Morning Through Monday Evening.
- Impacts: Rain Will Transition To A Brief Wintry Mixture Of Snow Sleet And Freezing Rain By Late Monday Morning Through Early Afternoon.
