Actually it doesn't look like it worked all that smoothly. I've had some trouble downloading the book now I've switched over to my PC (I bought it on the iPad), and I've had quite a few errors trying to access my account. It gave me an error when I signed in, another one when I tried to open the new book from the purchase history, and then didn't seem to want to open my library at all.

I have now managed to get the acsm file downloaded by just going via the book's page in the store. My Paypal receipt seems to suggest the payment wasn't properly completed, too: "Please note that this is not a charge. Your account will be charged when the merchant processes your payment."

Luckily I was only intending to use the coupon once anyway.
