How would they "make" you pay full price? If a message or e-mail shows up that I owe them X amount of money because of over-using a promo code, I'll tell them to take a hike. What would they do? Just take the money from my bank account? Not possible. Send someone to shoot me? Nah.

They could refund the amount spent, and take the books from the library. I think the very worst that could happen is that they consider the purchases a misuse of their service, and they'll delete all the books and the account without giving a refund.

In my point of view, you can't release 90% multi-use coupons into the wild and then bitch about people using it a lot.
