Nasty MS moved it from Tools to View. They also moved Organise to View. Now all the controls that specify what you see in File Explorer are in one place - what a stupid idea. It was much better when they were scattered all over the place like a dogs breakfast - boo hiss

Sorry. Having looked it up, I now see that it is possible to actually have a menu bar to begin with, it's just hidden by default. I was never interested enough, upon seeing Win7 Explorer, to do anything other than install Explorer++ to the computer and my flashdrive's PortableApps folder. It was much easier and I kinda like it a lot better, so....
