Yes, I actually noticed this when watching videos yesterday:

It seems that if you press ONE word on the PW2/2013 you don't get the highlihgt-option, but if you mark more than one word you DO get the highlihgt-option presented.

So yesterday I ordered a PW2/2013! :-)
