Yes, Woody Allen played James Bond (called Jimmy Bond), an incompetent agent who was (per IMDB) James Bond's nephew. Of course, due to an order of Sir James Bond (the original James Bond played by David Niven), every agent in the movie was named "James Bond 007" including the women (to confuse the enemy).
