A good Ti Kwan Yin makes an excellent tea. A perennial favourite. And if you come across a "Jade" Ti Kwan Yin, give it a try. Slightly lighter than a regular Ti Kwan Yin, but on the "greener" side. With a strong but delicate nose. At first I wasn't sure, but it has grown on me to become a favourite.
