There are no reports of a Mini receiving the 3.2.0 update but those wanting to walk on the bleeding edge could try the Mark 4 hardware link.

The update file for the Mark 3 hardware doesn't include a upgrade directory, and because of that no update is installed when the files from the zip are copied over to the device.
