I do it the rough & ready way, with conversion presets in Calibre (tweak margins, remove paragraph spacing, force paragraph indent, set minimum line height to 110%, remove fonts/margins/colours from styles) - and then just bulk conversion. There are finesse-ier ways, for those who prefer them!
