Improve feedback on screen after menu selection of CPU intensive tasks.

Settings > Library > "Remove all"

I tapped remove all, Cancel and Remove sub menu popped up, I then selected Remove whereupon the Remove label went black and there was no indication/feedback of what the unit was actually doing, was it frozen, or was it just "thinking and doing" ?.

I guess that removing the entire Library is CPU intensive, but would it be possible to improve visual feedback so that there is no doubt that the the OS hasn't frozen and that it is executing the command.
