I used the chat feature. They said I didn't get the offer for the use 4 credits get 1 because, "After checking on the information it seems it was an technical error to the reason why you did not receive that email for the promotion."
The gal told me to go ahead and spend the four credits and that I would get one back. So I did. I'll now see if I get it.
