You can edit the toolbar as well as the right-click context menu and the toolbar when a device is connected and the optional second toolbar, the menubar, in fact everything.
YOu can in fact set it up so the only way to do
anything is with the shortcut keys, by removing all icons from all toolbars.
Even Preferences would be hidden.
