My Paperwhite 2 is not showing the cover. I get "The ScreenSavers Hack has been successfully installed!" when I put it to sleep. I don't know what a Kindlet Kit or KUAL is but I followed the instructions in the first message in this thread.
The empty cover file I used has a txt extension. Is that OK?
I too have a Paperwhite 2 with software 5.4.2.1.
