If a .txt is the basic file for words .csv file is the basic file used by spreedsheets to list data. Yes .txt and .csv are both just that simple.

You wanted a list of your books. CSV files are used to produce simple lists.

Non of those are going to go to Libre Writer. To print convert to PDF with the PDF output set to the correct paper size. Then print the PDF.
