The csv file will not open in calibre's viewer you need to open it in Libre's Calc.

The best format for saving the list and printing it using the fewest pages is without a doubt the csv format. Instead of deleting the format you should of googled how to open the file. Heck you could have created a spreadsheet using Google Docs and imported the file.

I told you how to do that, use csv format. It honestly could not be simpler. I just wasn't going to explain in detail how to use the spreadsheet. At this point you really need create a csv catalog and find a neighbor who can walk you through printing it. Or create the CSV file and go to a Libre forum and ask for help opening it.

You have been handed the answer on a silver platter by multiple folks in this thread. Anyone else would have had their list printed long ago. Truthfully I could have typed the list of 300 books out in Word in the time I've taken to respond via this thread and I use the hunt and peck three finger method of typing.
