It would be very nice to be able to select multiple entires, and then press CTRL-Right to indent them all at the same time. Almost indispensable to have if one is editing a book that has 5 parts, with 20 chapters per part, because "Generate TOC from files" generates a flat TOC
Maybe you missed it because it's not a menu item.
  • Highlight all the level 2 entries you want to indent
  • Drag-drop them onto the level 1 parent entry
