In general I prefer my Aura HD to either my Aura or my Glo, but there's one way in which the smaller-screen units win out:

I wear bifocals. When I'm reading on the Aura HD, I find I have to tip my head up and down a bit with each page to keep the text in focus -- not bothersome when sitting, but quite noticeable when laying in bed with my head propped up by a pillow. With my Aura and Glo (and, of course, my Mini), I don't have to move my head at all: the entire vertical height of the screen fits in the lower reading part of my bifocals.
