I rarely use K4PC as I prefer my Mac to my old PC laptop. But I went to check it after reading this thread. Interestingly enough my K4PC was set to automatically update, yet it was still at version 1.10.0 build 40245. I t had not even updated to build 40255. I opened and closed the app several times, but it never offered to update other than giving me the popup window once, which was only a reminder. There is no Update Software menu option within K4PC. The only way I could get it to update was to go the the Amazon website, search for the latest version, download it, then install it. Pretty damn stupid way to do business. But this is Amazon we are talking about. They are obviously way behind the curve on much of their software.
