I tried to buy yesterday this book : "La cuisine c'est aussi de la chimie" from Arthur Le Caisne, ISBN :9782012310568.
I can see it in my library on their website, but neither their kobo desktop app neither my reader can sync it : it just doesn't show anywhere and there is no download button facing it in my library on their website.

I had a chat with their customer care and my correspondant told me there was a problem as she was unable too to download it. I ask for a refund and was told I'll be contacted by their Refund Service and will be sent a double of our conversation : no contact at all quite 24 hours after... and their tchat is not open at this time. The Refund service should contact me within 48 hours and I should be refunded within 5 working days... so it makes 7 days that they'll have use of my money (and I not) for a book that can't be read or download (if ever I get a refund ) 15 € is a lot of money for a book, I scarcely buy books (thanks to Gutemberg project I have a lot to read) but when I do, I'd like them to be available
