Maybe the influx of customers with Sony readers will end up producing enough complaints that they'll have to do something.
I'm disappointed to read about all these problems, as Kobo seemed like it would be a good source of mainstream books that could be read on a Sony reader using the Sony reader and software.
I am not interested in acquiring other software/removing DRM - that's just not my thing. So I don't know what sources I will be left with for mainstream books.
