edit: This book has a very bad Table of Contents. Calibre can fix it: delete the TOC using the TOC Editor, then generate a TOC from the files. After that, you only need to (bulk) rename some entries, and indent it properly. Pity! Otherwise this book is about as good as it gets with regard to layout.

There is a another book, part of the "Origins" series by the same author, called "Antarktos Rising". Kobo US does not have this book.
