It's always sad to see a well loved project go. Without Sigil, I might not even have started e-reading. Every book I buy needs to have *something* fixed, sometimes as small as replacing maps with a higher resolution version, but others need a complete overhaul to be readable.
I couldn't have done it without Sigil. Thanks for the work done.
That said, Calibre's editor is shaping up fast, and works in a very similar way. The one thing it does better than Sigil, is opening large books. No hitch at all, even Delphi Classics of 20K pages and 100MB in size can be edited. If you tried that with Sigil, your computer would explode.
