currently muttering curses at r**p, the bastiche who is bidding against me on ebay for "Me and Frumpet : an adventure in size and science" by Evans G. Valens. if i'm right about the title this was one of my favorite books when i was a child but my parents claim they can't find my old copy. it is out of print and rare and i've seen it on abebooks for 40$. i've been looking for it for literally years. and this stupid auction ends at 4:31 in the morning my time, and i'm supposed to be in bed long before then (must be well rested for tomorrow night !). should i take this as a sign that i should definitively stop buying paper books ?
