So, back on topic, the really interesting question is when/whether retailers will turn on the 'new DRM' switch. I can't think they'll be keen to do it themselves, given the support problems it will cause. So will publishers actually take a stand and insist that they use this new DRM they asked Adobe to develop? Or will we be able to carry on using ADE 2.0 and old devices to buy books indefinitely?
