I know it's a popular way to control software, but it's ridiculous. I own photoshop and they allow TWO. TWO. I had one machine die on me and loaded it on my new one. Then I had to travel and needed to get work done on my travel machine. When I tried to load it, well, both of my licenses were in use (dead computer and new one.) It was NOT fun getting it all set up when I had to travel. TWO. Of course now they are trying to move to a subscription model so that in addition to paying an arm and a leg, you are tied to paying it monthly...RANT GOES HERE.

That's actually just me, though my husband and I share the two desktops. I wasn't thinking of a family but if I did have kids I might not be able to afford all that tech.
