I found out when I searched the book on goodreads to read the reviews. MYK is useless so I put everything I own into shelves to goodreads. It has helped me often to prevent buying the same book again if it got a new kindle number. I know I could search on MYK, but I have had many times where a book wouldn't come up in one search, but did at another. So I trust my shelves more on goodreads and booklikes.

I noticed that I can add my Kindle library to goodreads via the Kindle Fire app pretty easily. When I can wrench the Kindle Fire out of my 7 yo's hands I'll have to try that option. Then I'll have a lot more sorting options for my books.
