Kobo theoretically displays .mobi books, but in practice people experience all sorts of problems. Happily, mobi, azw, lit, lrf and html all convert pretty nicely to epub with Calibre (in my experience), so it's not an issue in practice.
The manual says RB too, I've just not tried that before.
