Well, as we know, Book Designer can output a number of different formats. But not all of theme make good versions. LRF is good. Mobipocket is not. I'm interested if the FB2 output is any good. I'll be posting a copy of Dracula in a few that I made using Book Designer. Would you mind checking it out even though you already have it please?
