Wow, this is just pathetic. An 18 month investigation and the result is an agreement to stop breaking the law for 4.5 years. No mention of any punishment and no admission of guilt. Oh and consumers are supposed to be happy about it, what a joke.

Yes, this type of conduct will not be tolerated. If you violate the Competition Act of Canada let it be known that you will be severly spoken to and made to sign a piece of paper.
