Hmm don't think I have a US amazon account, since I experience region restrictions when trying to buy certain books..so think I just have a account tied to my own country? But yes the account is made on the US site. I did buy my kindle from the US site yes since that's the only possible way to buy a kindle for my country. Can't buy a kindle from amazon.co.uk or amazon.de from my own country, only from the US International site.
