i see lots of entires in a database fiolder- but the files dates are old

try
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Sony Corporation\ReaderDesktop

in there i see readerDesktoplLibrary.db
Thanks, I found the file ReaderDesktopLibrary.db. What am I supposed to do with it? Does this file contain the highlights I uploaded to Evernote?
