ok my previous database location answer was wrong - must be from the older sony reader software
i see lots of entires in a database fiolder- but the files dates are old

try
C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Sony Corporation\ReaderDesktop

in there i see readerDesktoplLibrary.db
