If the bank is "legit" you should be able to stop the phone calls by getting on the Do Not Call list. Even if you have a current relationship with them, if you tell them to stop calling they are supposed to respect that.

Of course, I get calls from crooks all the time. I think they're exempt from the Don Not Call list.


EDIT: Of course, the mail will keep coming. If it's any compensation, the Post Office needs the business.
