If it isn't going to be an instruction course, it is very hard to find adult stories at the pre-school to level one levels.

I did find this website: http://www.usborne.com/catalogue/usb...e.aspx?area=YR that had Young Reading CD-ROMs and DVDs. The Wish Fish with interactive CD-ROM was interesting, but it was a kid's story. Sentence construction and words are very basic, but already contain long vowel use and simple sight words. (Scroll down to see sample pages)

Do you know any English teachers that would have ideas for adult interest very beginning reader books?
