I see it now.
So, your Touch sees no networks. Have you tried to connect to a different network than yours (for instance in an internet cafe')? In the past there were problems reported with the Touch connecting to WEP network I think.
Some people solved the problem with a factory reset, others by setting the network up manually. I presume that other devices see your network without problems?
