I called my new library Calibre Warehouse.

For windows creating a new library in Calibre is super easy.
  1. Go to the folder where your main calibre library is (in my case the default location C:\Users\UserName).
  2. Create a new folder with the name of your new library (Click on Organize-->New Folder-->type in name)
  3. In Calibre, click on the library icon in the tool bar (see pic 1)
  4. Select "Switch/create library"
  5. Change option to "Create an empty library at the new location" (see pic 2)
  6. Type location of the folder or use the computer icon to navigate your way there (see pic 2 as well)
  7. Click OK

When you have multiple Calibre libraries switching between them is super easy, too. Just clicik on the library icon then select the library you want to view.
