Question How and where to purchase? ImcoV6L

First of all thanks for the excellent reviews , really appreciated which makes the following all the more frustrating.
Do you happen to know where to purchase this eReader [if you are not in Switzerland,Germany, Austria or USA], I am a resident of Sweden and tried to purchase it from This store* but they have refunded and said they only sell residents in Switzerland, I emailed them and asked where to purchase from in that case, but no response! so far (5 days and counting). Not good omen re support and customer interaction in case of problem.

BTW This store does seem to have the reader but have no covers and may or may not ship to outside Germany[i.e Sweden], ...plus more expensive(110€).

So how to purchase both the reader and cover being in Sweden without too much hassle?
