I browse ereaderiq to find price drops, but it's anAmazon only site (although price drops are frequently found everywhere). You can set filters to show only books that are free, or that have dropped at least 20%, or that are currently under $4, or whatever. They also have a great notification feature where you can enter your wish list and they will send you an email if a book you are watching drops below a certain price. Those emails are lovely little surprises.

I have to say, the evil day job is keeping me so busy that it has really cut into my reading time, but at least it has also curbed my one-click impulses since I have no time to look for bargains.
