I love David Gemmell - and it looks like some of his books are finally available through fictionwise, although not nearly as many as I'd like and not all of all series.

I also second the mention of Raymond Feist, although unfortunately the earliest Magician books aren't available electronically yet.

Also the Belgariad series by David Eddings is classic epic fantasy.

I really enjoyed the J.V. Jones's A Cavern of Black Ice although I haven't read the sequel yet.
