Payment issue with Kindle

This is so annoying.

Last night, Ignite Me, was released. I originally was trying to buy it at Nook since i prefer B&N over Kindle but their site was screwed up. So i wanted to read it then and not wait till the morning, so i brought it on my kindle account and begin reading it last night.

I checked my checking account to see had the purchase been debited out and it has not...it's been nearly 24 hours.

I log into Amazon.com and see this message

Now this makes it seem like there is an Error with payment(I don't know what could have caused it if there is one)...Except how was i able to buy the book/download it and begin reading it and still CAN read it if the payment has not been processed and needs to be verified again.

I am a bit nervous to do it again because i don't want to be double charged but i am hoping the Kindle users can help me out here.
