Hello,How to keep the '&' in the designation of two authors on the Kindle Paperwhite 2nd Edition ( now If I put the '&' in the metadate for the two authors ( Calibre ) , on Device it looks 'and' but I would leave '&' because I have not only books in Englishdesignate 'and' ) ?
