There was no download link at all on their website, so there was no way to download - is that how a kepub only would work? I think the person said it wouldn't download to the Kobo for pc app either. It wasn't me, so I may have some info wrong. I just remember that they couldn't read the book and Kobo refused a refund.
This may have been the book. I have it in my library and there is no download options
