Give your books sensible Filenames like: "Firstname Lastame - Series Name 1 Title. It is not necessary for the next step but it makes life more easy in any case.
Make folders with the name of the author, put the appropriate books in there and sort them on file path. Then you will get all your books sorted by Author and then by Title.

I've tried it but the folder doesn't show, I've tried placing the folder inside the ebook folder and on the root directory still nothing, what I'm I doing wrong?.
