could be. But B&N seem incapable of doing anything other than shooting themselves in the foot. I used to buy a lot of epubs from B&N, but they made it harder and harder for me to download my purchases as a file (browser-based) for sideloading. The Download button often didn't appear on my Library page for several hours ... some times not until the next day. I gave up.
