I use a class 4 card in mine. I believe it is 4gb. At one time I had over 2,000 books on it. It does tend to slow the Glo down, though. And the more shelves (collections) you have, the more accessing them slows down, too. It's really better to keep less. If you want more, get a tablet, they can hold thousands with ease. But an eink reader is going to slow, the more you put on it.
